1. Treatment Agreement
When you visit Dental Sphere, we will create a treatment plan just for you. By starting treatment, you agree to follow the plan our doctors suggest. We will always explain your options, the costs, and any risks before we begin, so you can make the best choice for your health.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
We reserve a specific time just for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us give that time to another patient who might need urgent care.
3. Payments & Fees
Payment is expected at the time of service unless we have made other arrangements with you. We accept various payment methods. Itemized printed estimates are provided before commencing any procedure.
4. Emergency Care
If you have an acute dental emergency, we do our best to accommodate same-day emergency slots during clinic hours.
