1. Treatment Agreement

When you visit Dental Sphere, we will create a treatment plan just for you. By starting treatment, you agree to follow the plan our doctors suggest. We will always explain your options, the costs, and any risks before we begin, so you can make the best choice for your health.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We reserve a specific time just for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us give that time to another patient who might need urgent care. Frequent missed appointments without notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

3. Payments & Fees

Payment is expected at the time of service unless we have made other arrangements with you. We accept various payment methods. If you have dental insurance, we will help you file your claims, but please remember that you are ultimately responsible for the cost of your treatment.

4. Emergency Care

If you have a dental emergency after hours, please follow the instructions on our clinic's voicemail or website. We do our best to see emergency cases as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

5. Medical Records

Your dental records and X-rays are the property of Dental Sphere. However, you have the right to request copies of your records. We may charge a small fee for processing and sending these copies to you or another doctor.

6. Patient Conduct

We strive to provide a calm and safe environment. We ask all patients to be respectful to our team and other visitors. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or disruptive behavior in our clinic.

7. Website Content

The text, photos, and design on this website belong to Dental Sphere. Please do not use or copy them without our written permission. We try to keep our website info up to date, but clinical details may change.
